The products
Currently crazy bake bakes three days a week. The production capacity is limited due to the patients only being able to work a maximum of 3 hours per day.

Steady appointments:
- Monday, 4pm to 6pm: Selling bread and yeast rolls at Embassy House, Beijing
- Thursday, 11am to 1pm: Selling pastries and yeast rolls at the German School in Beijing
- Friday starting at noon: Selling bread or yeast rolls (switched weekly) at “der Kindergarten”, Beijing
In addition to those regular hours crazy bake also bakes for special occasions such as parties, the Christmas market, St. Martins celebration, and much more.
Crazy bake products include pretzels, bagels and a variety of pastries. With the Chinese bread culture being very different from the European/US/ Australian one our target group right now is the international community in Beijing.
Crazy holiday
Since December 2007 we try to animate the patients to do handicrafts and needleworks. Therefore we founded crazy holiday and sell the handicrafts at the points of sales mentioned above for celebration days i.e. christmas and easter decorations or cuddly hearts for valentine´s day.
